Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 AM (Midnight) EST (Toronto time) are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

Handling Time

  • Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Transit Time

Once shipped, the carrier will deliver your package within the following timeframe:

  • All destinations: 6–10 business days

  • Carriers operate Monday through Friday.

Total Delivery Time

From the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives at your door:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–13 business days (handling + transit combined).

Non-Mainland United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other territories)

USA Armed Forces (APO, FPO, DPO addresses)

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 USD

  • Priority Tracked Shipping: $12.99 USD

International (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, United Kingdom, and 230+ countries) 

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 USD

  • Priority Tracked Shipping: $11.99 USD

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
